Your new role

This is a full function accounts payable role where you will join a cohesive team. A high volume environment, this is a job that needs expertise, speed and accuracy.

• Full function accounts payable processing in an accurate and timely manner

• Process invoices
• Resolve supplier/employee enquires regarding payables
• Match invoices with purchase orders
• Reconciliation of company credit cards
• Code invoices to cost centre and submit for approval

What you'll need to succeed

You will be experienced in end-to-end Accounts Payable processes, in addition to:

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Be detail orientated
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work with tight deadlines and with switching priorities
• Ability to build good relationships with vendors and suppliers
