This role will see you responsible for a fast fashion omni-channel retail business in a highly automated DC of 28,000sqm and a team of over 150 with the latest in technology and workplace processes.

The Role

Your key objective is to ensure operational, customer service and safety excellence to achieve performance, revenue, margin and profitability targets through strong team leadership, internal and external stakeholder relationship management and continuous improvement.

About You

Ideally tertiary qualified, you have solid supply chain/logistics experience from within a large high-volume environment, ideally retail-related or with a 3PL. Your ability to instil in your team a sense of urgency whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy complements your excellent leadership capabilities and exceptional planning and scheduling skills. Safety and KPI focused, you are highly proficient in Excel and warehouse management systems.
