Our client is an award-winning design consultancy based in Sydney that focuses on creating beautiful environments. They help clients come up with effective and aesthetically pleasing signage and wayfinding solutions. 

This role is for a true go-getter who would be an invaluable addition to any team. With proven experience in roles requiring extensive hands-on, day-to-day responsibility for end-to-end administration and management of the office and its sales and business functions including client management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Account co-ordinator for all Graphics and Brand Projects
  • Executive assistance to the GCD
  • Administration support to the studio
  • Assisting with talent management
  • Driving the studio’s reputation via social media and awards management.
     

Skills and Experience 
 

  • At least 2 Years experience in a creative (ideally) professional services organization
  • Experience in understanding how to take administrational tasks from CEO (i.e. working as an executive assistant or similar)
  • Awareness of what it takes to manage a busy studio
  • Ideally some writing and design skills and familiarity with design tools
