A rare opportunity has presented itself to become a Team Leader who will manage a team of 7-9 property managers, leasing consultants and BDMS as well as a small portfolio of clients.

MONDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY | $90,000 - $100,000 + Super 

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Training and development sessions.
• Coaching and developing Trainee Property Managers.
• Conducting one-on-one reviews
• Holding weekly meetings with team members
• Providing day-to-day direction for Property Managers
• Being the first point of contact for any potential issues with clients

To be successful in this position, you will possess;

• Agents Representative Certificate or full licence
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Drivers licence, reliable and presentable car
• Strong work ethic, must be willing to come to the office
• Enthusiasm, self-motivation, reliability and maturity
