Warehouse Operations Coordinator

Our client is a multinational medical equipment supply and manufacturing company

Your main duties will include and not be limited to: 

• Be responsible for all warehouse operations including deliveries
  
  
• Manage up to 17-18 staff within the warehouse fulfilling a variety of roles and functions
  
  
• Manage business relationships with all key stakeholders and support Sales team
  
  
• Effectively manage inventory and stock cycles
  
  
• Closely follow all relevant policies and standards both internally and externally
  
  

What do you need?

• Experience in the medical device industry or an adjacent industry like Pharmaceutical, Imaging etc.
  
  
• Understanding of the healthcare sector

• Proven experience in a customer service/supply chain role
  
  
• High attention to detail & leadership skills

• Great communicator

• Ability to thrive in high-activity situations

• Brilliant planning and problem-solving skills

• Professional approach to working with high-end clients

• Excellent ability to solve conflict, and analytical skills
